TECHNOSERVE is currently looking for an experienced, self-motivated, Application/Proposals Engineer-ARAB CANDIDATE ONLY (For Pumps & Valves Division) to be based in Dubai.

Salary Range: Based on Experience.

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Understand and evaluate the enquiry received from existing and prospective customers and communicate with end user for further details (If required).
• Search and build relations with existing and potential suppliers/manufacturers.
• Analyze all suppliers to select the most suitable suppliers who can deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
• Preparing RFQ’s and send to potential suppliers/manufacturers against specs and T&C’s.
• Review and evaluate the quotation received from different suppliers / manufacturers.
• Accurate estimation and costing for offers to be submitted.
• Bidding/pricing strategy in discussion with Sales/ Superior.
• Preparation of techno-commercial content of proposals.
• Generate and submit the offer through ERP system.
• Organize site visits and meetings with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, or consultants as required.
• Maintain record for all the received offers from supplier and offers submitted to customers.
• Follow Up status of offers submitted to customers and clarify any requested details or queries by end users.
• Upon receipt of purchase order from customer, analyze all suppliers to select the most suitable suppliers who can deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
• Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost, and quality to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
• Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
• Act as focal point for customer queries regarding Proposal submission, to reach agreement and build a positive on-going relationship.
• Coordinate with accounts and logistics teams for suppliers’ payment to get the delivery on agreed date and time for customers satisfaction.
• Achieve sales target in designated territory, grow market-share and penetrate new markets.
• Represent the company at trade shows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• 3-5 years of UAE technical proposal and application engineering related to various pump technologies including Centrifugal Pumps, Gear Pumps, AODD Pumps, and more.
• Advanced MS office system skills.
• Well versed with handling different types of computer systems (ERP software).
• Excellent planning, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Problem solving and decision making.
• Valid UAE driving license is must.

TECHNOSERVE is currently looking for an experienced, self-motivated, Project Engineer (INDUSTRIAL) who will be responsible for all the aspects of specifying, installation, execution, configuring, testing & commissioning of Electrical, instrumentation & Automation systems in Industrial sectors. Candidate should have valid UAE Driving license.

Salary Range: AED 4,000 to AED 6,000.

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Manage 20 – 30 people with accountability for project execution, continuous improvement, growth & costs.
• Schedule meeting with the client / Subcontractors / supervisors, foreman to discuss projects status/issues & other related matters.
• Responsible for the day-to-day running of the work schedule.
• Preparation of cost estimates, method statement, and manpower requirements for the project change/variation orders.
• Review project schedule including manpower planning as well as for sufficient and adequate resources such as materials, Equipment’s for the project & make changes /modification, if required to achieve timely delivery of the projects.
• Support Project Manager for all technical aspects of the project
• Checking, verifying, and reviewing documentations & drawings such as Design Specifications, SLD, P&IDs, System Layout, Cable schedule, IO list, Instrument Index, Control philosophy, cause & effect.
• Develop/Review BOM for Electrical / Control Systems.
• Verify cabinet build & Perform Internal testing & Perform SAT at customer location.
• Perform the loop checking, pre-commissioning, commissioning & Startup activities.
• Working knowledge on Rockwell/ Siemens PLC and SCADA Systems.
• Working knowledge on Setup/Configure/Calibrate Field Instruments.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of Installation experience for all kinds of electrical, Automation & instrumentation equipment at different Industries such as power generation, Water & wastewater.
• Electrical and Automation Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge about EPLAN and AUTCAD is a plus.
• LV-Low Voltage electrical knowledge.
• UAE Driving License is Mandatory.

TECHNOSERVE is currently seeking for Sales Engineer (Pumps & Valves division) to join our team in United Arab Emirates. The candidate should be Mechanical Engineer with experience in sale of mechanical products like Pumps & Valves with valid UAE Driving license only.

Salary Range: AED 3,000 to AED 4,000

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Thorough product & application knowledge about Pumps & Valves.
• Identifying new sales leads and Communicate with existing and potential Customers to generate leads and opportunities on regular basis.
• Demonstrate strong expertise for assigned products and services for the industry.
• Develop and expand relationships with existing and potential Customers and maintain close relationships with key Customers.
• Follow up with Customers to ensure our products and services are meeting their requirements and expectations.
• Interface with Customers and conduct on-site meetings as necessary to understand requirements, to obtain order commitment, to finalize designs and to resolve concerns / complaints.
• Proactively reacts to Customers RFQ’s. For both the Company and the Customer coordinate the technical and commercial review of the quotation and assist with the negotiations for the same.
• Maintain excellent communications externally and internally including regular sales and monthly reports.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports (forecast, customer visit report, etc.) showing sales volume including potential sales, monitored against the budget, with action plans to address variations.
• Achieve sales target in designated territory, grow market-share and penetrate new markets.
• Represent the company at trade shows.
• To carry the image of the company professionally in every environment.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in technical sales in the UAE.
• UAE Driving License is Mandatory.
• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge about Pumps & Valves.
