Description: Precleaners are belt cleaners designed to scrape material off the conveyor belt. They are mounted at the head pulley, directly below the material flow.
Applications: Ideal for removing large pieces of material, typically eliminating 60–70% of initial carryback.
Description: Secondary belt cleaners remove material remaining on the belt after the head pulley. They are installed just past the head pulley or further along the belt line.
Applications: Especially effective at removing fines, increasing overall cleaning efficiency to more than 90%.
