Designs and manufactures large open gears and pinions for heavy industrial applications.
Services: Diagnostics, on-site surveys, load calculations, design optimization, bolt resizing, manufacturing, meshing tests, installation, and maintenance support.
Capacities: Heat treatment up to Ø 9 m; machining up to 16 m; boring up to 16 m × 3.5 m; cutting up to module 60 mm.
Used with parallel shafts similar to spur gears. Cylindrical gears with winding tooth lines provide better meshing, quieter operation, and higher load capacity, making them ideal for high-speed applications.
Advantages: Perfect gear meshing even with shaft deformation, ideal for very high torque at low speeds. Suitable for heavy-duty and impact applications in steel, cement, sugar, and other strategic industries.
Internal gears have teeth cut on the inside of cylinders or cones and are mainly used in planetary gear drives and shaft couplings.
Design: Input speed 600–1800 rpm, output speed 3–7 rpm, bearing lifetime L10H > 100,000 hours (ISO 281).
Advantages: Heavy-duty design, high load tolerance, long bearing life, quick inspection and maintenance, and over-torque detection for enhanced safety.
Compressor screws and rotors used in air compressors, fluid transfer systems, and lifting equipment.
Availability: Screw compressor rotors, hydraulic pump screws, and serial production of worms.
Capabilities: Prototype and serial production (50–1500 pcs/year), thread grinding up to Ø 400 mm, threaded length up to 1400 mm, ISO 5 grinding quality, full thread and backlash measurement.
A worm gear consists of a screw-shaped shaft (worm) meshing with a worm wheel on non-intersecting shafts.
Availability: Worm gear reducers and gear motors from 0.75 kW to 160 kW, with hollow or solid output shafts from 25 mm to 140 mm (larger on request).
Advantages: Orthogonal shaft orientation, compact design, hollow shaft assembly, and high reduction ratio in minimal space.
